With a background in marine science and conservation, I bring a global perspective, creativity, and enthusiasm into the classroom, and I enjoy mentoring students as they explore their interests and future paths.

I love working with mission-driven organizations and helping bring novel ideas to life! Much of my work centers around building and managing strong teams, hiring and onboarding new staff, and coordinating the many moving parts that bring projects and events to life.

I enjoy creating the structure behind the scenes (whether that’s organizing people, developing programs & systems, planning events, or helping secure funding) so that passionate teams can focus on the impact they’re trying to make.
